Pre and post natal yoga for future moms & yoga teachers

Pregnant and practicing? Thinking about having baby in the future or want to help nurture pregnant women in your yoga classroom? Curious how the body/practice needs to shift postpartum?
In this workshop, future moms and yoga teachers will learn how to safely modify poses for each trimester and learn the physical and biological reasons why the practice needs to change. This workshop will include a modified class fit for pregnant students and vital information on how you can safely strengthen your postpartum body after vaginal labor or c-section. Postures & exercises to help with rectus diastasis and/or organ prolapses will be included.
Meghan, expecting mother of two, will offer insight based on her own experiences and training.
You’ll leave with the ability to modify your practice in any classroom and learn how best to nurture pregnant students as a teacher!
